Clean hotel with marvellous location in Calella just off shopping mall, the airport and public transport. A nice size room with comfortable bed, a private safe, a work desk and a dining area.

The only 'good' part was the room being close to the centre, but shame about the absoluteley LOUD rooms and uncomfortable toilet that refused to flush. I thought i might woudl ve been rewarded for my extra night, but who knew? No complimentary anything! I almost gave a good review, just couldn't!

The bed was comfortable. No extra plugs made charging devices a bit tricky, but having one available above the bed was convenient enough.
The soundproofing was terrible, allowing every word and noise from neighbors to intrude. The walls and furniture were not in the best condition, and there was a strange smell lingering in the room. The toilet had flushing issues that contributed to an overall feeling of discomfort, and there was only one usable plug in the entire room. It took a while to resolve issues about room cleanliness upon check-in, less than ideal.

We enjoyed the beach and checked out some great open-air concerts. The tour desk helped us plan some fantastic outdoor activities too. The staff were chill and always ready to help. Location made it easy to explore and relax after our adventures.
One downside was the room's noise levels. Even though we had a comfy bed, the sounds from neighboring rooms were quite distracting at times.

The brand-new room was beautiful, equipped with WiFi and a TV. I had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. - the hotel building is very good, and the location is marvelous, being close to the local market, shops, beach.

the staff at the reception desk were very welcoming and polite. Our room was immaculately clean and beautiful, and it even had a private safe, work desk, and dining area. 3. the bed was comfortable, and they provided hypoallergenic pillows. 4. the hotel is situated in a marvelous location, just a 15-minute walk from a large park.
